A unique facility that blends yoga and physiotherapy training is the Yoga and Clinical Skills Lab at AIMS College of Physiotherapy. With an emphasis on their health benefits, students learn key yoga techniques like asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation. Additionally, this lab helps students apply yoga-based techniques in preventive and rehabilitation care as well as practise clinical skills.
