Internal Complaints Committee (Vishaka / POSH Committee)

In accordance with the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and the guidelines laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the Vishaka v. State of Rajasthan, the College has constituted an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to ensure a safe, secure, and dignified environment for all students, faculty, and staff.

The Committee is committed to the prevention, prohibition, and redressal of complaints related to sexual harassment at the workplace. It functions with utmost confidentiality, impartiality, and sensitivity, fostering a culture of mutual respect and gender equity within the institution. The ICC also undertakes awareness and sensitization initiatives to promote a safe and inclusive academic environment.
